Lead Times & Product Shipping Timeframes

The demand for our poly outdoor furniture is at an all time high. We take great pride in what 'Made in American' means. All our fasteners, poly lumber, boxes, etc. are all made in the USA. We are feverously working to get your order to you as soon as possible, but we will never let the integrity of the furniture suffer. We understand that when you purchase from us, we want your items to last a lifetime.

We've made determining lead times very easy on our site. Shown on the example product image below, by clicking on any of the color swatches/options, you will see a date populate on an estimated time frame to receive your order. Lead times can be determined even by a color choice. Some colors may ship sooner than others. And by clicking on your desired color, timeframes may change as well. We are working diligently to bring those lead times back down to our normal ship times.

  • All returns must be accompanied with a RMA#.
  • To receive an RMA# please respond to your original email order confirmation requesting that number.
