All hardware used on our products are Marine Grade stainless steel fasteners. Our Poly Lumber furniture will never need any sanding, painting, staining or finishing. Our furniture is shipped 'simple knockdown'; which means the patio furniture items are partially assembled. Each product comes with an easy step by step instruction sheet for 'ease of mind' assembly.
100% Maintenance Free Polywood Lumber Furniture - poly lumber material is made of HDPE plastic resin, which is recycled plastic bottles, that has been purified and UV protected. It is generally cared for and cleaned with soap and warm water.
For certain stains and additional cleaning power, we recommend using a pressure washer (not to exceed 1,500 psi, which is the same as a carwash), you may also try a product called 'Greased Lightning' found at local home centers.
The hardware used in the assembly and construction of our furniture is an commercial grade stainless steel. Although the quality of the hardware has a high level of corrosive resistance, the hardware can show some sign of corrosion in salt air environments.
A practical solution to these signs of corrosion would be to wash the product with soap and water. Use a soft bristle brush to scrub the corroding areas of the hardware. Also, use appliance touch up paint in the appropriate color to protect the hardware. Appliance touch up paint can be purchased at local hardware stores.

Warranty Information
TailWind Furniture warranties tot he original purchaser, the furniture to be free from original defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years for residential use and three years for commercial use from the date of first purchase. Tailwind will, at its option, repair or replace the defective furniture or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not cover any furniture that has been misuesed, improperly assembled, repaired or altered by anyone other than Tailwind, or furniture damaged by exposure to the elements or by storm, hail, fire or flood. This warranty does not apply to the hardware used to assemble the furniture. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item, color or terms without notification.
The original purchaser is responsible for providing Premium Poly Patios with the proper documentation needed to determine a resourceful solution to the defect. The proper documentation requires providing the proof of purchase with the original receipt and providing Premium Poly Patios with a written explanation of how the defect occurred. Once the proper documentation has been received and evaluated, the consumer will be notified of the solution to the defect.
If you are not completely satisfied with your TailWind Lifeguard Chair contact us within 10 day of receiving your chair. Returns will only be accepted if furniture is "new and unused" and must be returned in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping chairges and restocking fees may apply.
