Poly Adirondack Chairs are maintenance free as they are made from recycled
plastic milk jugs. The resin material used in our adirondack chairs are a favorite among most
Amish craftsman.
Our Poly Lumber Adirondacks come in a rainbow of colors, textures and styles. All our chairs
are fastened with stainless steel hardware. Our non wood Poly Adirondacks offer the color
throughout the material so scratches will not show like a normal painted wood piece. The
plastic lumber used is the highest quality available in the market today.
Poly Adirondack Chairs can remain in all season elements as they are
impervious to water or chemcials. As added protection, some customers do like to get
adirondack covers, but are not manditory. The days of having to sand and stain or paint your
wood adirondack chairs is long gone. Another nice feature is the density of the material. It
adds for a solid Poly Lumber Adirondack Chairs that will not get blown
around. If you need assistance finding the perfect Poly Adirondack Chair, feel free to give us

How Do I Know What Makes a Comfortable Adirondack Chair?
Here are just a few features to consider when purchasing your new poly lumber adirondack
chair.
You asked, we listened. We've been listening to customers crtique our poly adirondack chairs for
over 15 years now and feel we have a pretty good grasp on what makes a adirondack chair so
special. We've heard some great responses and some not so great ones! Sure you could go to Home
Depot or Lowes and pickup a $19.95 adirondack that is bound to break in a few weeks, or you
could get a Amish Poly Adirondack Chair that will last a lifetime. Take a look at the list below
that we have found our customers to want the most in a Poly Resin Adirondack Chair...
Curved Back - the more slats the better. For hours of sitting pleasure, a curved poly chair
back helps to releive that uncomfortable flat back feel.
Poly Thickness - Most importantely the legs. Some poly furniture adirondack chairs use 3/4
in or 1 in and 1-1/2 in thickness. Look for the thicker legs. They are sturdier and can hold
more weight.
Stainless Steel Fasteners - We have you covered here, ALL our poly adirondack chairs are
fastened with stainless steel hardware, which prolongs long life your new poly lumber
adirondack chair.
Seat Slats, Sizes and Distance. 1-1/2" seat slats tend to be more comfortable and allows a
greater contour. If the gabs between the slats are too far apart, the seat will not be as
comfortable.
Waterfall front edge. Some poly adirondacks have a straight dropoff at the front edge of the
seat. Without a ottoman, this can be uncomfortable if wanting to sit in your chair for too
long. A nice feature is the "waterfall" front. It helps support the back of your legs and
helps to not cut off the blood circulation on the back of your legs. If you decide you like
the straight front edge, we would highly recommend getting the ottoman with your poly
adirodnack chair.
