Luxcraft Furniture comes with a residential lifetime limited warranty and a 5 year commercial limited warranty covering any defective product or parts.
Residential & Commercial - Limited Warranty Certificate covering the use of your LuxCraft™ Poly Outdoor Furniture. During the lifetime residential - 5 year commercial of this limited warranty, LuxCraft™ will repair any defective product. Unfortunately the limited warranty is nontransferable which means it only applies to the original purchaser of the Poly Outdoor Furniture.
When used correctly and properly maintained, LuxCraft™ are guaranteed to remain structurally sound. Be advised there will be minimal cleaning that will need to be done to keep the furniture looking it’s best. As is the case with any outdoor furniture, when exposed to direct sunlight there may be limited, with that being said fading is not considered a defect in the product.
This warranty does not cover any damage to the Poly Outdoor Furniture caused by any form of misuse, improper maintenance, vandalism, or acts of nature (including but not limited to tornadoes, hail, and floods). THE WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
In order to make a claim under this warranty you will have to contact a customer service representative within 30 days of finding the defect in your Poly Outdoor Furniture. The purchaser’s sole and exclusive responsibility under this warranty is for either repair or replacement of the product. This responsibility will not be deemed to have failed in its essential purpose as long as the seller is willing and able to repair or replace the defective parts. THIS PARAGRAPH STATES BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF WARRANTY.
To be valid, the original invoice or bill of sale must be attached to this guarantee. No person or company is authorized to change or extend the terms of this warranty. Repair or replacements are made subject to in-warranty validation by warrantor. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and these rights may vary from state-to-state.
