Loggerhead™ Furniture comes with a 20 year residential limited warranty, a 5 year limited on Loggerhead Folding Adirondack Chair and a 5 year commercial limited warranty that covers defective product or parts.
Limited Warranty Certificate covering the use of your Loggerhead™ Furniture Poly Outdoor Furniture. During the 20 year residential or 5 year commercial of this limited warranty,Loggerhead™ will repair any defective product. This limited warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
If used correctly and properly maintained, Loggerhead™ Furniture is guaranteed to remain structurally sound. Be advised there may be a minimal cleaning involved to keep the furniture looking good. As with any outdoor furniture, the exposure to direct sunlight may cause small amounts of fading. We highly recommend using a UV protectant spray every 3 months on the furniture, whereas fading is not considered a defect in the product.
Loggerhead™ Furniture does not cover any damage to the Furniture caused by any form of misuse, improper maintenance, vandalism, or acts of god or nature. THE WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
To make a claim under this warranty you will have to contact the retail store that you purchased the product from within 30 days of finding the defect in your Furniture. It is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive responsibility under this warranty to either repair or replace the product. This responsibility will not be deemed to have failed in its essential purpose as long as the seller is willing and able to repair or replace the defective parts. THIS PARAGRAPH STATES BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF WARRANTY.
