Shipping & Delivery
QUICK SHIP items are ready to ship within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise specified.  Items not noted as quick ship require manufacturing time, which should not exceed two weeks.  We ship USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground and Common Carrier curbside.
Privacy & Security
Our customer's privacy is a top priority. You can be confident there will be no exchange or sale of any names, email addresses or any other information about our customers with third parties. Our servers do not reuse any of the information you enter. This means that each time you place an order, you must reenter your credit card and shipping information.  Here aPremium Poly Patios, we value your personal privacy. We hope this privacy policy demonstrates our firm commitment to your privacy online. We pledge that we will take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that your personal information will be safeguarded.
Returns & Replacements
Buying items online sight unseen can be a difficult task.  That's why we offer that any stocked item can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a refund of its cost.  Unfortunately, cushions are returns that are subject to a restocking fee as cushions are made to order items.  All returns must be in original, re-usable packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a full refund.  Please contact us by telephone or email prior to your return and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and a return shipping address (we have several warehouses for returns).  It's always a good ideas to insure the return for its full value to protect yourself.  Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Here at Premium Poly Patios, we want the ordering process to be easy and fun!  We strive to make our online ordering process simple and effective, however, we have Sales Representatives available to assist you by phone from 8 am - 10 pm ET Monday - Sunday.  We are here to assist you in any way possible, before, during and after your order is placed.  Please feel free to call, email or chat with us at anytime! 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal as forms of payments.  B2B purchases please call and speak to a sales representative to address orders to be placed with a Purchase Order.  We do, at times, run unadvertised specials.  Please feel free to call our office and speak to a Sales Representative between the hours of 8 am - 10 pm ET any day to learn more.
Viewing Orders
Account set up prior to ordering is required in order for you to be able to view your order and shipment details.  If you choose not to set up an account, simply email [email protected] at any time for status updates and inquiries.  Our friendly customer service staff is more than willing to assist you with any requests.
Updating Account Information
This one is easy!  Simply log into your account and puruse through the left navigation bar.  From there, you are able to update any account information.
