100% Maintenance Free GREENWOOD, Eagle One Furniture - GREENWOOD material is made of HDPE plastic resin, which is recycled plastic bottles, that has been purified and UV protected. It is generally cared for and cleaned with soap and warm water.
For certain stains and additional cleaning power, a 1/3 bleach and 2/3 water solution can be used on the product without affecting the color or suface. Another popular cleaning method is a high pressure power washer. (DO NOT exceed 1,500 psi, which is equivalent to a car wash.) The surface characteristics of the product may require the use of a soft bristle brush to get into the creases and grooves.
The hardware used in the assembly and construction of our furniture is a commercial grade stainless steel. Although the quality of the hardware has a high level of corrosive resistance, the hardware can show some sign of corrosion in salt air environments.
A practical solution to these signs of corrosion would be to wash the product with soap and water. Use a soft bristle brush to scrub the corroding areas of the hardware. Also, use appliance touch up paint in the appropriate color to protect the hardware. Appliance touch up paint can be purchased at local hardware stores.
The high-density poly lumber used to make GREENWOOD Eagle One Patio furniture is made of UV stabilized colored plastic. It has solid color throughout the material and will not fade.
Warranty Information
Items manufactured by Eagle One Products carry a 12 month warranty. Applicable product warranties and limitations are provided on labels or operator and parts manuals, depending on the product type. Eagle One Products associates are not authorized to make any representations or give any additional warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding products..
The original purchaser is responsible for providing Premium Poly Patios with the proper documentation needed to determine a resourceful solution to the defect. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component or authorization to have product repaired by a third party. The proper documentation requires providing the proof of purchase with the original receipt and providing Premium Poly Patios with a written explanation of how the defect occurred. Once the proper documentation has been received and evaluated, the consumer will be notified of the solution to the defect. If the product is returned to Premium Poly Patios seven (7) or more months after the date of purchase, the consumer is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
