The cushion is a comfy 3 inches thick, which is an inch thicker than the standard for outdoor patio furniture cushions. The outer cover of the Casual-Back™ cushions is made from your choice of five Sunbrella fabric colors. Sunbrella is the leader in outdoor fabrics! The interior of these outdoor chair cushions is pleasantly stuffed with polyfill designed to dry quickly for those spring showers! The Casual-Back™ Cushions are machine washable and should be aired dry if needed. Fabric Tie-Ons hold your cushions just where they need to be. Please note the components are sold separately so you have the option to buy the seat cushions separate from the back cushions etc.

The Berlin Gardens Collection - Casual Back Cushions is made from Poly Wood Recycled Plastic Lumber. Polywood/lumber is made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic derived from POST-consumer waste such as milk jugs and plastic packaging that would otherwise end up in our overflowing landfills! It is derived from 100% recycled materials. Polywood/lumber is sturdy, durable and weather resistant. Since the Polywood has it's color throughout the material, it will not have any fading or warping. Berlin Gardens Collection of recycled polywood furniture adds comfort to your outdoor casual life and will withstand many seasons of mother natures most brutal weather.

All hardware used on our products are Marine Grade stainless steel fasteners. Our poly lumber furniture will never need any sanding, painting, staining or finishing. Our furniture is shipped 'simple knockdown'; which means the outdoor patio furniture items are partially assembled. Each product comes with an easy step by step instruction sheet for 'ease of mind' assembly.
Virtually Maintenance Free Polywood/Lumber Furniture - Poly~Wood material is made of HDPE plastic resin that will never need to be painted or stained. It will not rot or splinter, and it contains an added UV protective agent to resist fading. Poly lumber furniture is not affected by most corrosive substances, and will not promote bacterial growth.
To maintain the beauty of our furniture, clean it with soap and water as needed. Use only nonabrasive soaps. Do not place flower pots or items taht will leave stains. Do not place hot items directly onto the polywood furniture to avoid melting. All hardware is stainless steel and virtually maintenance free under normal conditions. However, in coastal areas, hardware will need regular rinsing with fresh water to eliminate rusting.
A practical solution to these signs of corrosion would be to wash the product with soap and water. Use a soft bristle brush to scrub the corroding areas of the hardware. Also, use appliance touch up paint in the appropriate color to protect the hardware. Appliance touch up paint can be purchased at local hardware stores.
Warranty Information
Our Berlin Gardens Collection warranties to the original purchaser that its polywood/lumber lawn furniture products will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty (20) years of residential use or five (5) years of commercial use starting on the date of purchase. Repair or replace this product without charge for materials and labor, providing our inspection indicates that an original defect exists. Should the product need to be replaced, and the product is no longer available at the time warranty service is required, a substitution of similar performance and equal or greater value will be made. Polywood/lumber is a synthetic product and may scratch or fade slightly when exposed to sunlight or stain after prolonged contact with other substances. Some expansion and contraction is to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature. The foregoing shall not be considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not covered under this warranty. Stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally for the applicable warranty period. Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions (such as coastal areas) if not maintained. This warranty does not cover rusting fasteners or structural failure due to rusting fasteners, damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, alteration of this product, abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear on materials, or any attempt to use the product in a manner or for a purpose other than for which it is customarily intended. This warranty also does not cover scratching or chipping of polywood/lumber, however, this warranty shall not limit any warranties made by the manufacturer for such items which may extend to you. No other warranties other than those which are specifically described herein are to be implied. Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranty so this limitation may not apply to you. In that event, any such implied warranty is limited to that required by law. Berlin Gardens Collection shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. The sole remedy provided in this warranty is repair or replacement of this product. Any cost of shipping and handling shall be paid by you.
